Multiplayer

Multiplayer does not use your single-player skill tree. Everyone starts from zero, and you spend skill points DURING the match, not between runs: press K (or click the skill panel) to open the tree while the board keeps running.

Each boss you kill grants ONE visit to the tree. Points you do not spend stay with you for the next boss, but the visit is gone once you open it, so decide before you walk in. The skill panel pulses whenever you are holding points and still have a visit to use.
