These are the default bindings. Several keys depend on what is open: the same letter can mean one thing on the board and another inside the factory.

Controller
- Hold L1 and point with the stick to open the radial build menu; R1 switches its tabs. The wheel also opens the skill tree in multiplayer.
- The triggers zoom, the right stick turns the board, and both triggers together restore its orientation.
- Click the right stick over a tower to enter its cockpit. The insects' path is on T, or the back paddle on a Steam Deck.
- In the skill tree, the confirm button buys a rank and X refunds one.
- The stick aims in the cockpit, and moving it always takes the turret back from aim assist.
With Steam Input, the game shows the glyphs of the buttons you actually have mapped. The cockpit's keys and buttons can be changed under Options → Controls.
Skill tree with a mouse
Left-click a node to buy a rank and right-click it to refund one. Hovering a node shows its details without spending anything.
